Objective: The master of the general population in our province by the serological survey of influenza A H1N1 influenza (a stream) virus antibody levels to analyze the overall immunity levels to judge the general population of the province of a stream, and then evaluate a stream in the province spread diffusion potential ability and patterns to provide a basis. Growth and decline by comparing the different time points, serum antibody levels to analyze the trend of the general population serum antibody levels to determine the vaccination strategy to provide a reference antibody for preliminary judging of a stream in the human body to maintain time and immune persistence. For determining the priority groups for vaccination, antibody levels in populations of different ages and gender analysis, formulation and adjustment of prevention and control strategies to provide a scientific basis. Methods: successively on December 5, 2009, December 20, January 20, 2010, February 20 and March 20, five times in selected medical institutions, medical (Shanxi Provincial People's Hospital), maternal and child health care institutions (Provincial Children's Hospital) outpatient laboratory blood donors and blood banks (Taiyuan blood testing center houses) point for the investigation. Survey collected non-methane flow and patient serum samples from healthy blood donors totaling 2100 copies. Pandemic influenza virus antibody levels in serum hemagglutination inhibition (HI) test methods. Calculated each age group A flow rate of antibodies; different gender groups A flow rate of antibodies; different point in time the crowd of a stream antibody positive rate. Each age group A stream average antibody titer of antibody positive; different time points average antibody titer of antibodies. Results: After testing aged 0 to 6 years old to 18 years old to 56-year-old to four age group antibody positive rate were 17.7%, 20.2%, 12.7% and 3.1%; differences between the groups positive rate statistically significant (X2 = 65.618, P = 0.000); men and women in different gender groups A stream antibody positive rate of 14.0% and 12.4%, respectively; different was no significant difference between the gender groups A flow rate of antibodies ( X2 = 1.162, P = 0.281); different time points antibody positive rate of 2.1% (1) 14.8% (2) 21.7% (3) 14.8% (4) 13.2 % (5), the difference was statistically significant (X2 = 72.999, P = 0.000); 0 years old to 6 years old ~ ~ 18-year-old and 56-year-old to four age group population of a stream antibody positive antibody average titer 49.65,55.68,60.63 and 46.41, respectively, was no significant difference between the average antibody titer of each age group A stream antibody positive (H = 7.439, P = 0.059); 1st to 5th different time points average antibody titers of antibodies were 58.79,49.51,58.79,52.54 and 58.79; were no significant differences in mean antibody titers between the different time points antibody positive (H = 8.765, P = 0.067) . Conclusion: The general population of the province serum A stream virus antibody positive rate was 13.3% (3.1% -20.2%), has not yet established an effective immune barrier, still in a susceptible state of a stream, outbreaks and epidemics still occur when the conditions are suitable before the epidemic season still need to improve vaccination rates for prevention. Antibody positive rate with the level of reported incidence of each age group was a significant positive correlation, indicating that natural infections are the main factors affecting influenza HINI influenza virus antibody positive rate, past infection antibody positive rate yet to be confirmed. Antibody positive rate projections, the actual number of infections is far greater than the number of reported cases, there are a lot of latent infection and mild cases of positive significance to this point in the process of blocking a stream propagation. Antibody positive rate of variation over time, antibody levels after 2 months of the peak incidence the highest, and then decreased to maintain the time of the of Step A stream of antibodies in human serum may be relatively short. Age number of antibody production may have some impact, but the impact is not obvious.
