Abstract


With the power system and the rapid development of computer technology , the existing power system applications due to limited functionality and need upgrading . But already there follows some technical problems : ① information model for private, non-standard ; ② access interface private , poor portability ; ③ The private agreement , interoperability and poor . These problems make upgrading achieve information sharing, the dissimilar systems integration and secondary development very difficult . In order to solve the above problems , the subject as a research platform for SCADA system based on IEC61970 standard power system dynamic simulation laboratory to complete the work of the following aspects : First, from software reuse , protect existing investments and third party access and other considerations , the design of this topic to take to keep the original database and build a store and manage CIM database model data directly . Then through a comparative analysis of selected FastDB, ACE / TAO, QT and other topics related to computer technology product or platform . Second , standards-based CIM model , complete mapping between existing SCADA system data model CIM model , based on the mapping between data import and export . Then constructed a more reasonable CIM database structure , combined with a real - time implementation of the selected object-oriented database FastDB , programming development tools CIM database automatically generated . Third , in -depth study of the standard part of the CIS and the Common Object Request Broker Architecture CORBA technical component interface specification (CIS) based middleware ACE / TAO , developed the common data access tools and client services end of some of the major functions of the CIS interaction , and to complete the reading of the data service . Finally, the use of the graphical interface developed in order to facilitate the testing and the establishment of the CIM repository , data import and export as well as the CIS common services in self-test , interoperability experiments to verify the feasibility of this project work .
