Abstract


Object: Investigate the development of humanism medical skills in tumor patients. Discuss and analysis effected factors on the development of humanism medical skills. In order to establish the humanism medical skills to be the heart medical service and provide scientific basis.Method:1.200 tumor inpatients in Shanxi Tumor Hospital randomly collected. According to the questionnaire of medical service to know the basic situation when patients to see the doctors. Data base of Excel has established and software of PSS13.0 was used for statistics analysis. Regression analysis of logistic has been used to understand the effected factors for applied of humanism medical skills.2.1nterview, interview the patients who benefited by humanism medical skills. Deeply understand the implementation of humanism medical skills.The questionnaire and interview contents of this study have been corrected and perfected. The name of investigators secreted and they filled in the questionnaires voluntary.Result: 1.200 questionnaires delivered in this survey,197 questionnaires retrieved. Rate of recovery was 98.5%.2.Among 197 questionnaires, male was 94, take 48%; female was 103, take 52%. Their age most centralized in 40--60. Academic credentials, over the specialized take 81(41%), under the specialized take 116(59%). Occupations, cadre take 73(37%), worker take 63(32%), peasant take 37(19%). Month income under 1000RMB take 93(47%), among 1000--3000RMB take 83(42%), over 3000RMB take 21(11%).①The survey shows the number of patients see the doctors first consider the medical skills take 183(93%). And the difference among sex, age, academic credentials, income and occupations(P>0.05) are statistically no significant②The numbers of patient hope to use humanism medical skills take 56%. Among this number, over the specialized was 58, take 71%, under the specialized was 52 take 45%(x=13.869, p<0.001). Worker was 25, take 40%, cadre was 64, take 88%, peasant was 8, take 21%(x=55.318, p<0.001). Income, under the 1000RMB was 20, take 18%, among 1000～3000RMB was 70, take 84%, over 3000RMB was 20, take 90%(x=82.652, p<0.001).③Patient with different academic credentials, occupations and income has different choice for first consider factors of humanism medical skills.④egression analysis of logistic shows:Therapeutic effect of anticipation to patients statistically significant with occupation and income but statistically no significant with sex, age and academic credentials. It means effected factors for patients to choose the humanism medical skills are occupation and income.Conclusion:Most of patients first consider factor is medical skills. Development of humanism medical skills effected by academic credentials, occupations and income, etc. Development of humanism medical skills stared not only with from non-medical service but also from social attribute, medical ethics and the angles of patient to build up harmonious relations between doctors and patients. Fully consider the economic ability of the patient and the ripe skills of the hospitals. Intensify the humanism service in medical filed.
