The health of farmers is not very good in China. There many factors have influence on health. It is has been found that the real impact of the overall health of farmers is actually common and frequently-occurring disease. If health care is better that the residents’ health is better. But the health care resources is poor in rural. The accessibility of rural health care is not good. The government for rural residents’ health investment can’t satisfy people’s needs. Meanwhile the rural residents’ health care investment situation is not good. For example it is not enough for health food investment, sports fitness investment and inadequate health-care commitment.It is the responsibility of the government to help people to have health. But the government and the farmers pay a little attention to health care. It is not good that only pay attention to medical. There are many factors have influence on health care investment. The writer analyze form the economic factors, institutional factors and cultural factors. Rural economic income status, the traditional cultural concept and the policy of the government are affecting the health care investment.Our country is at the primary stage of socialism, the resources are poor. Government should strengthen food security and prosecution of counterfeit goods. Farmers’ health care input is very important. We should pay attention to health education for rural residents.The old conception must be changed. We can develop a variety of channels to help farmers’ health. We can use social resources and protect farmers’ health together.
