Abstract


In our multi-ethnic coexistence, equality of all ethnic social environment, minority areas of social adjustment problems of young people, has been the focus of social psychology, and social adaptation of the content is the most basic interpersonal adaptation. Multi-ethnic region living environment, affecting all ethnic groups in adolescent mental status, that of this nation and other nations of the basic emotional attitude, young people of all ethnic groups also affect the development of interpersonal skills. Studies have shown that psychological status characteristics can affect the individual from the psychological level of human interaction, and interpersonal and self-adapt to society is an important process to go through. Adolescent interpersonal experiences of the individual's psychological integrity, emotional development and social adaptation skills acquisition have a very profound impact. In this study, high school students in Northwest Ethnic Regions social adaptability conduct research, including qualitative research and quantitative research in two parts. Northwest qualitative research through surveys of minority students in their teens interpersonal adaptation experiences and relationships change for the subsequent conduct of the nation's middle school students in social adaptation basis for the study. Quantitative research selected the Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and Lanzhou seven kinds of effective national school test 734 is discussed Students'Psychological Northwest Ethnic Regions status, interpersonal skills and social adaptation of the background variables differences and the relationship between the three. Aims to analyze the different geographical environment, ethnic distribution type of school for middle school students the impact of social adaptation. Based on the findings, the study's main conclusions are as follows: (a) multi-ethnic mix of the psychological status of school students, interpersonal skills, and social adaptability than single minority schools; Tibetan fit the psychological status of students, excellent interpersonal skills at Victoria School for the Han; Tibetan and Chinese co-educational secondary school students with Lanzhou common mental status, interpersonal skills at the same level; Lanzhou City high school students on the whole better than the national social adaptability of middle school students. (2) in the mental status, interpersonal skills, and social adaptability, the boys better than girls; urban students than rural students; better than those who have no experience class cadre class cadre of experienced persons; child better than non-child. First, the sophomore year is superior to other psychological status; moon, first grade high interpersonal skills performed relatively well. (3) mental status, interpersonal skills, and social adaptability significant correlation; mental status can predict their interpersonal skills and social adaptation, in which the concept of others can better predict their interpersonal skills, self-concept can better predict social adaptation sex; interpersonal skills can predict social adaptation; interpersonal skills in the mental status of the impact of social adaptation plays an intermediary role.
