Abstract


Cracks and pits are two main types of asphalt pavement damage way , the cracks fill seal and pits repair the highway maintenance department is the most common is the more difficult of the two daily maintenance work . Traditional repair methods , consuming too much human and material resources , not throughout the year to repair and patching material subject to seasonal restrictions , it is difficult to ensure the effects of the patch . Therefore, the development can do to quickly repair and all year round do pavement sealant damage repaired at any time , the problems to be solved . For asphalt pavement crack sealing off and pit patches studied two new sealants , road repair not season fast repair , ease of construction , repair reliable quality purposes . Road with pit patch the Asphalt Concrete blocks repair method , convenient and quick construction subject to seasonal restrictions . The pits edge Asphalt Concrete blocks and indirect seam bonding epoxy resin modified polysulfide sealants , and focus on solving the problem of a lack of sealant adhesion , low-temperature vulcanizing slow , focus on epoxy amine catalyst such as the influence of additives on the performance of polysulfide sealant , studies show that the epoxy sealant in the pre - polymerization of the liquid polysulfide rubber vulcanization is used by the high-temperature conditions , adhesion was significantly improved ; adding an appropriate amount and by using the vulcanization paste amine catalysts can be achieved the sealants the purpose of fast curing at low temperatures . Homemade epoxy emulsion complex SBS modified emulsified asphalt for asphalt pavement crack sealing off , focus on solving the high temperature of emulsified asphalt flowing , low temperature embrittlement, low initial strength , cohesive force and other issues , and focus on the epoxy emulsion SBS modified emulsified asphalt . Studies show that to add epoxy emulsion can significantly improve the formation time, the softening point, adhesion strength , tensile strength, low temperature toughness, etc. to shorten the initial strength . SBS / EP modified emulsified asphalt pouring sealant to achieve a short curing time of the sealant , high initial strength , strong bond , the ability of the purpose of the high and low temperature . Finally, this experiment developed two sealant in actual sections of engineering applications and to study the suitability of the construction process , after the opening of the year , the results showed that the better , no cracking or degumming phenomenon .
