Abstract


One of the architecture’s functions is displayed by the public space. It is a group ofbuildings established to satisfy the public activities. The spirit of a city could reflectfrom a city’s size, the quality and appearance of the city’s buildings, but also reflectedbysociallivesandsocialculture.Thecrowdflowinthecityandmakethecityalive.Moreover, the public space could get the crowd together. Therefore, we could see thelively center park, green ground, and the bright street. All of these views make the cityfilled with vitality. Therefore, the development of public space is veryimportant for thesociety.Itisasymbolofsocietyspirit.The mural as an important element of public art, it works very well on contributingpublic environment. With the development of the new society, the materials are muchricher than the past. The using of technology on architecture, enrich the innovation onarchitecture improvement. Large areas of grey wall was used in the building, and pushthe inside space design not only consider on the humanization and fictionalization, butalso concerns on the art. The mural could effectivelyworks on decoratingand adjustingthe monotonous and insufficient of the space. Hence, the mural has good future ondeveloping public space. The article is based on the current situation, relationship, andcurrent problems between mural art and public space, to discuss the role of muralplayed in large inside public space. The article based on the color, material, dimension,illumination,andthemeofthemural,withthesimpleofmural inXI’AN, toanalyzetherelationship and interaction between wanpaingting art and publicspace, to discuss thebuilding’s restriction of on wanpainting the wanpaingting could use the elements ofdesign to improve the objective restrictionsof the interior space.It could adjust theinerior public space based on the satisfaction of wanpainting aesthetic value.The wanpaintingcould use the element of design to improve the objective restrictions of theinterior space.It could adjust the interior public space based on the satisfaction ofwanpainting aesthetic value.Futhermoer,the wanpainting could decorate the interiorspaceandworks natureandharmony.Thereport is also furtherresearchon theeffect ofthe viewer’spsychological impact and color sense when the changes happened on thewanpaintinngdesigninpublicspace.
