Abstract


Demobilized cadres and resettlement work is an important work of the party and the army reflects the line, principles and policies of the party cadres , reflecting the care of the Party over the army , and relationship to the building of the armed forces and the vital interests of the majority of the demobilized cadres . Good resettlement of demobilized cadres effectively demobilized cadres placed , use dedicated to the mission , the soldiers , the harmonious development of society has a very important role . However , the problems of resettlement of demobilized cadres , such as asymmetry of information resources , process specifications, job placement unreasonable , the lack of scientific and other serious damage to the interests of the demobilized cadres . To solve these problems , the authors in-depth research, demobilized cadres resettlement process , visited the practice on the basis of a detailed analysis . In this paper, process optimization theory and methods to optimize existing processes , to design a new optimization process , Placement of information systems by introducing demobilized cadres , full sharing of information resources , the exclusion of information in existing processes to review and pass do not add value activities , saving the time and cost of resettlement of demobilized cadres .
