Abstract


The advent of the knowledge economy makes the possession of knowledge, dissemination and innovation become an important criterion to measure the level of regional economic and enterprise development capacity. Through the organization of effective training so that employees get the knowledge and skills required to engage in their own work, to fully tap and enhance human capital, enterprise development, the most important one of the driving factors. Information technology, communications technology has brought a change in the way of learning, the rapid development of network and multimedia technology, the construction of large and medium-sized enterprise training management system has become possible. Many companies and research institutions try to apply information technology development for corporate training management information system to improve the quality and efficiency of enterprise training, and to provide staff with convenient online learning environment, improve staff motivation to learn. The enterprise online university system to use the computer network technology, database technology and multimedia technology, centralized management of enterprise knowledge resources, technical support corporate training business processes, and be able to send real-time video, audio, PowerPoint courseware, pictures and other multimedia data on the LAN to create an interactive, the scenario authentic learning environment. In recent years, with the development of the computer software industry, an endless stream of a variety of applications software development framework, Struts framework based on MVC is one of the most famous. It uses the view layer, control layer, the module layer separation technology, allowing programmers to faster and more in-depth development browser as the client application. This paper describes the corporate online university system research, analysis, design, implementation and testing of the whole process, and the specific application of OOA / OOD, UML, GRASP, MVC, struts, and many other methods or techniques in the system design and development process. In the Introduction section introduces the background of system design, analysis and research on the status quo of domestic and foreign enterprises online university system; needs analysis part of the first analysis and description of the problem domain, corporate training business model analysis system development design of the main goals and learning in information systems, corporate training and staff key processes, and then apply object-oriented analysis method to draw a diagram of the system's use cases, analysis of the system functionality needs and non-functional needs; summarized design the basic principles of the part we introduce the system design, planning the logical structure and physical structure of the system, decomposition and detailed description of the functional architecture of the system; part of the detailed design, the application of object-oriented design method, using UML drawing system module static and dynamic models; reflected in the static model of the design process, the specific application of the the GRASP principles and methods in the system design process; application of the ER model database design; implementation and testing part of the overall system to achieve the concrete realization of the module, course selection and shows the struts-MVC framework in the specific application of this system, online university system and briefly describes the testing process; end of the paper describes the application of the system and system deficiencies.
