Abstract


Paper document flow between our government within the department and its various departments is an important part of the day-to-day work of government departments at all levels , combined with a workflow management system through the use of advanced computer software technology , the official documents of the government departments to improve the flow speed and can be monitored and is an important direction for our country at this stage of e-government system applications . The traditional workflow management systems provide support for the development of the document flow system , often because of the lack of dynamic, it is difficult to meet the needs of the business processes and widespread criticism , there is an urgent need to improve the dynamic workflow management system . Dynamic workflow management system is the implementation of an effective control and coordination of complex and changing business processes , and the interaction between people and applications software information technology tools . It retains the traditional workflow management system , including the main function , while providing support to dynamically change the process of being executed . This paper introduces the workflow management system for its lack of the dynamic nature of the lack of focus on how to process at runtime dynamically change . A version management , process definition version replacement algorithm change . One is through the analysis of the actual documents business , proposed to dynamically change the method of human-computer interaction , this approach is modified at runtime attributes of the process instance , the workflow engine activity scheduling policy change , from parsing process definition file to choose a successor to the implementation of activities by the processes currently active participants instead specify the follow-up activities, the name of the feedback to the engine by the engine according to the user the option to create a successor to the implementation of activities . In this paper, the study of the dynamic workflow management system consists of two parts , a B / S structure visualization process customization tool , a workflow engine to provide dynamic support . In this paper, a workflow model based on the process model , organizational model , resource model and elaborate process customization tools , process definition files , processes parser , activity scheduling module design and system design of the database . Finally, based on the system developed a document flow system applied to the Procuratorate , reflects the great flexibility of the system during document processing .
