Abstract


With sustained economic development and motor vehicle -related types of law and order, the incidence of criminal cases gradually increased , high mobility , high crime , coupled with the lack of information , difficulties investigation , has given the city motor vehicle law and order management the work poses a severe challenge . New scientific and technological means to strengthen the security management work on the motor vehicle , to reach a consensus in the national public security industry . Ministry of Public Security has repeatedly hereinafter called on all localities to carry out the construction work of the motor vehicle law and order management information system as soon as possible . The rapid development of the Internet and computer technology driven by traditional motor vehicle law and order manage the transition to modern information technology law and order management . Second - hand motor vehicle law and order management system in the modern motor vehicle law and order management plays an important role , is an important part of the Ministry of Public Security \Second-hand motor vehicle security management information system with the Ministry of robbery vehicle database query matching , long-term , stable , timely, accurate positioning of second - hand motor vehicles for law and order and other relevant departments in a timely manner Alarming dispatched to recover the robbery vehicle and end-of-life vehicles to provide first-hand information , thereby strengthening the management of second-hand motor vehicle law and order .
