Abstract


This paper aims to explore and advance the basic ideas of Tibetan pre-school bilingual education through doing multidimensional investigation into it.The first part of the paper, namely, the second chapter, mainly talked about the concept of bilingual education in order to let the readers know preschool bilingual education of Tibet. Overseas pre-school education is introduced briefly in this part to make people generally clear about the theory which Tibetan pre-school bilingual education should comply. In the later part of this section the writer emphasized children’s many advantages of accepting bilingual education from perspectives of physiology, psychology and age. Finally, the auther enumerated examples about the value of preschool bilingual education in this part for making special emphasis on the importance and necessity of developing preschool bilingual education in tibet.Because the concepts of bilingual pre-school education, preschool education, basic education are gradually widened, and the internal logic of the concept of a very close relationship between education chain, particularly in Tibet and other ethnic minority areas, can be said that bilingual education is the key to guide pre-school, pre-school education is the foundation Basis, while the quality of basic education is precisely the level of closely related with the quality of the pros and cons. However, pre-school bilingual education in Tibet is still at the initial stage, to explore ways of promoting pre-school bilingual education, we must learn from the lessons of pre-school and basic education.Therefore, the second part of the paper, the third chapter, first reviews the basic education and pre-school education in Tibet as well as the development process of bilingual education, and then on the basis of pre-school bilingual education in Tibet the main problems facing its causes, paving the way to the history and reality in the next part.The last part of this thesis i.e. the fourth chapter put forth the idea of developing pre-school bilingual education in Tibet on the basis of the current situation of pre-school bilingual education in Tibet. It is divided into two parts. The first part represents the shallow knowledge and opinion of pre-school bilingual education. The second part put forward ten suggestions from the prospective of guaranteeing the implementation of pre-school bilingual education in Tibet. The important role bilingual education play in the stable development and long-term peace and order in the territory of nationality is taken into consideration in this part as well and special emphasis is given on the greater efforts of advocating pre-school bilingual education in Tibet. With insistent responsibility as an educator in Tibet and with what I have obtained in the school of management of the Central University for Nationalities as a graduate student of master’s degree, I sincerely hope that this implementation will make contribution to the national unity, social stability and improvement of people’s life.
