Abstract


Now, with the communication network technology , business continues to develop and operators increasingly fierce competition between , the complexity of the construction of a gradual increase of the cost, quality and schedule requirements are getting higher and higher , especially for the construction progress requirements , due to the direct impact to the network for commercial and business promotion , becoming the key requirements of the building project assessment points . This paper combines project management, knowledge systems and years of work experience in the design , engineering design of the current traditional network management model shortcomings detailed in-depth analysis of routine processes from starting construction , at a reasonable time-consuming part of the compression engineering design , project efficiency and thus for the purpose of ensuring progress of the project , proposed innovative project design integrated management model. In this study, the construction units and design units to adjust organizational structure , refine the organizational design integration mode program , project team members clearly defined roles and responsibilities , re-establish the information transmission mechanism , to develop the interface between the relevant units and cooperation processes to this solution information transmission channels lengthy and difficult to manage problems, to achieve effective communication and resource sharing . While using the method detailed work breakdown structure work content, merge duplicate links, to develop integrated mode, the various stages of the workflow , improve work efficiency. Implementation of the integrated management model , refine the various stages of this research related systems and work requirements, proposed a series of project implementation to ensure quality and avoid the risk of the key points of control measures. In the pilot project proved that integrated management of communications engineering design to overcome the traditional management model various deficiencies , to the construction unit construction projects in the most critical aspects of the leading - large design project management provides an efficient , low consumption means to improve the efficiency of project implementation , to speed up the progress of project implementation to achieve the optimal allocation of social resources , to maximize the creation of a construction units and construction units a win-win situation.
