Abstract


As people's living standards rising, high quality, safe pork demand is generally oriented domestic and foreign consumers. Pork quality problems not only affect people's health, but also affect a country's pork market order and pork products import and export trade, and even affect people's economic and social security expectations. Therefore, how to effectively protect the high quality pork supply is related to people's livelihood, social stability and national pork competitiveness of key issues. However, in recent years a series of domestic pork quality problems caused by growing consumer anxiety, it is necessary to draw on advanced green supply chain management theory, combined with China's national conditions, to build China's pork industry green supply chain, promote Chinese pork standardization of production, improve the quality of Chinese pork products, pork products enhance China's international competitiveness. This article is based on the Chinese pork market situation analysis, established to build Chinese pork green supply chain in this research; relevant research results at home and abroad through a comprehensive analysis, combined with the actual, gives the Chinese pork green supply chain characteristics and design principles and the use of IDEF modeling analysis and design methods to build a Chinese pork green supply chain; put green and green pork production and supply chain operations ideological model are combined to establish a Chinese pork green supply chain operation model, and the model The six aspects of the process: Green plan, green procurement, green farming, green slaughter and processing, distribution and green green recycling carried out a detailed analysis; research to build pork green supply chain green degree evaluation index system design principles, by affecting the entire Green supply chain level analysis of the factors constructed Chinese pork green supply chain green degree evaluation index system and Fuzzy-AHP-Grey evaluation model; Finally, China is a large food group objects empirical analysis to verify the build Chinese pork Green Supply Chain and its green degree evaluation index system and evaluation model is feasible. This innovative work is mainly reflected in the following aspects: (1) using IDEF method to establish a green supply chain model of pork, pork constructed of green supply chain operations reference model; (2) to establish a green supply chain green degree of pork evaluation index system; (3) the improved analytic hierarchy established pork green supply chain green degree evaluation model: Fuzzy-AHP-Grey model. Although this article on Chinese pork green supply chain to build, operate and green degree evaluation a more systematic and in-depth research. However, due to pork green supply chain is a complicated systematic project involving a lot of content. Especially pork green supply chain functional systems, information systems, and performance evaluation and other aspects of the overall function of pork green supply chain optimization is crucial, therefore papers in these areas need further exploration and research.
