Abstract


Objective: through clinical cases to investigate the efficacy of the postoperative repair teeth tooth crown YanChangShu and recovery. Line method: 10 cases of patients with dental crowns YanChangShu, according to the preoperative teeth broken edge is located in the position on the top of the alveolar ridge, 6 Zhou Xiaoguo comparing preoperative and postoperative 4 a, through the effect of prognosis of 1, 4, 6 weeks after the clinical observation and comparison of 10 cases of preoperative and postoperative patients with (1) postoperative gum colour, shape and qualitative change, the broken end exposed are in good condition; (2) postoperative plaque index (PLI) and bleeding index (BI) and loose degree (MD); (3) preoperative end position: after alveolar ridge crest and break the distance and alveolar ridge crest and gums, (4) the location of the gingival margin and the position relationship between adjacent gingival margin (breath), postoperative forward teeth gingival papilla postoperative recovery. Results: the subjective feeling of teeth and no knocking pain, gum inflammation, gingival margin highly coordinated with adjacent teeth, X ray film in periodontal and periapical, alveolar ridge without exception. Teeth broken side split into gum than to take 1-2 ㎜ under 3 or 4 ㎜ effect is more significant. Conclusion: dental crowns YanChangShu is conducive to the implementation of the broken edge is located in the width is not enough teeth below the gums and biology conservation and restoration, to the health of the teeth after repair periodontal condition after laying a good foundation.
