Abstract

Aniline is a greater hazard to the environment of pollutants , and the aromatic compound is widely used in a chemical industry . With economic development , the demand for aniline , aniline discharged into the environment is also increasing the amount of harm caused to the environment is also increasing , to carry of aniline wastewater treatment have important significance. The electrocatalytic oxidation Act because of its unique advantages , has become a hot research the field of water treatment . Experiments using homemade experimental apparatus with a carbon rod as the electrode , the electro-catalytic oxidation of aniline wastewater . Paper design voltage , pH, electrolyte and electrolysis time of aniline degradation rate orthogonal experiment results show that the voltage on the removal of the aniline greatest impact , the influence of pH and the second , again is the electrolysis time , electrolyte dosage little effect on the degradation rate of aniline . Initially identified aniline wastewater optimization of electro-catalytic oxidation treatment : electrolysis voltage is 8V ; , pH 8 ; electrolysis time of 80min Na 2 SO 4 concentration of 12 g · L -1 . Analysis of aniline electricity may be generated in the catalytic oxidation process intermediate material to study the mechanism of aniline electro-catalytic oxidation is another study the contents of this article , based on orthogonal experiment to determine the conditions of electro-catalytic oxidation of aniline wastewater : electrolysis voltage of 6V ; at pH 8 ; the of Na 2 < / sub> SO 4 concentration 9g L -1 . Every certain time sampling , the experiment will the retention time of the standard substance is compared with the retention time of unknown components in the electrolyte , on the basis of previous studies , according to the relevant electrochemical reaction theory , clearly detected using carbon electrodes under certain conditions under the electrocatalytic oxidation of aniline wastewater will produce phenol , benzene Kun , maleic acid , oxalic acid , and other substances . On the basis of previous studies , according to the theory of the relevant electrochemical reaction intermediate inferred aniline degradation pathway electrocatalytic oxidation conditions possible : aniline → → maleic acid -benzoquinone hydroquinone → → acetic acid → carbon dioxide in water. Electro-catalytic oxidation through research aniline degradation pathway and mechanism , we hope to be able to more easily control the course of the reaction of aniline thoroughly oxidative degradation contribute to the actual processing of organic wastewater containing aniline .
