Computer control of the smelting process , is an important means of scientific organizations steelmaking . It can regulate the smelting operation , overcome blindness to improve steel quality , reduce the cost of steel making , improve end hit rate . In this study, smelting endpoint control model based on neural network optimization. Model converter steelmaking basic theory as the theoretical basis for the prototype , using the back propagation network - BP network to improve its algorithm after 300 samples of learning and training , the network weights matrix , and the establishment of a can Save 100 furnace data of learning samples used on the network for real-time training . The model to adapt to changes in production conditions . Optimized model of learning time , improve forecast accuracy . And forecasting model feeding system is connected to the computer prediction model to determine the amount of raw materials by adding automatic control feeding . Model field trials in Xingtai Steel 30t converter , to good effect . Converter steelmaking process , the gun position change is directly related to slagging , decarburization , heating and smelting process smoothly , so the reasonable control of the gun position is a very important operation of smelting . Based on this point , the research collected on-site operation data , the programming language to develop real-time gun position curve model using Visual Basic6.0 as reference curve control gun position . Access to water temperature data of oxygen gun may indirectly reflect the temperature of the furnace process , access to water temperature curve drawing oxygen lance , help control the process temperature to rise steadily , eventually to reach the end goal temperature accurately . In this study, the software production process , focusing on interface design, powerful multimedia capabilities of the VB language , developed a set of sound , animation , images, text and interactive software system .
