Abstract


Ultrasonic motor with low speed and high torque , noise , high positioning accuracy of the many advantages of running , and make it more and more widely in the field of non - continuous movement and precision control . With the ultrasonic motor applications continues to expand , its operational stability , speed tracking accuracy , system efficiency indicators put forward higher requirements. In order to meet the performance requirements , the ultrasonic motor motion control technology research and more attention. However , the ultrasonic motor has strong nonlinear , and , so far no able to accurately reflect the the motor nonlinear characteristics ideal model , so the design of the drive power to the production of high - quality , testing and control characteristics of the ultrasonic motor is an urgent need solve the problem. In this thesis, ultrasonic motor motion control technology . In the analysis of the operation mechanism of the ultrasonic motor drive control requirements based on the annular traveling wave ultrasonic motor speed control characteristics , the main research . Diameter 30mm annular traveling wave ultrasonic motor experiment used several traveling wave ultrasonic motor drive control method . In order to achieve high accuracy of the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor speed control, and design an ultrasonic motor drive control requirements the symmetric PWM control signal generator , and design based on the CPLD and DSP implementation of the ultrasonic motor drive control hardware test platform. Use of the hardware platform , the traveling wave type ultrasonic motor speed closed-loop control research , design voltage amplitude and speed dual closed-loop control algorithm , two controllable variable voltage and frequency coordination control , increased motor speed closed-loop control accuracy and stability .
