Honeysuckle (Flos Lonicerae Japonicae) Caprifoliaceae (Caprifoliaceae) honeysuckle plant honeysuckle (Lonicera) (Lonicera.japonica Thunb) of dried buds, is a traditional Chinese herbal medicines has Qingrejiedu anti-inflammatory effects. Honeysuckle in addition to luteolin, also contains rutin, quercetin, luteolin, luteolin prime -7 - glucosidase flavonoids. Modern medical research shows that flavonoids reduce myocardial oxygen consumption, coronary, cerebrovascular flow increases, antiarrhythmic, soften blood vessels, lowering blood sugar, blood lipids and other role. Currently, honeysuckle flavonoids common extraction methods are: the organic solvent extraction method, water and solvent extraction method or the like, these methods have the disadvantages of low extraction efficiency, solvent consumption. Thus enhanced ultrasound extraction efficiency is a hot topic in the field in recent years. Ultrasonic assisted extraction technology as a highly efficient energy-saving extraction technology, extraction of the active ingredients of plants has a good prospect. This experiment ultrasonic assisted extraction technology used in the extraction of honeysuckle flavonoids, and compared with the traditional hot water extraction method, ultrasonic assisted by response surface experimental design to explore the best conditions to extract honeysuckle flavonoids and secondary a number of mathematical models, and provides an important basis for further experimental study and a more rational use of honeysuckle valuable resource. Hot water extraction experiments, by a single factor and L 9 (3 4 sup>) orthogonal experimental design to determine the optimum conditions for water extraction: extraction time 2.5h, the extraction temperature is 80 ℃, the water feed ratio of 45:1, in this condition, and repeat three experiments, 8.01% of the the total flavone average extraction rate. Through the single factor experiment and L 9 (3 4 sup>) orthogonal experimental design to determine the optimum conditions of ultrasonic assisted extraction method: ultrasonic time 20min, ultrasonic power 400w, the ratio of water to 35:1, parallel experiments were carried out three times in this condition, the results for 8.33% of the the honeysuckle total average extraction rate of flavonoids. For further study of the extraction process of the ultrasonic assisted extraction, the Box-Behnken design of response surface methodology discussed honeysuckle extraction of flavonoids. Box-Behnken response surface experimental design by three main factors affecting the extraction rate (ultrasonic time, ultrasonic power, water feed ratio) three factors and three levels of response surface design using Design Expert software data second-order polynomial regression analysis, ultrasonic assisted extraction quadratic polynomial regression equation prediction model. Response surface model and its contour line to discuss the key factors affecting ultrasonic extraction and their interactions, and the results show that: the the honeysuckle ultrasonic assisted extraction optimization of process parameters: the ultrasonic time 21.35min, ultrasonic power 472.24w, the water feed ratio 34.62ml / g. The conditions appropriate correction for practical convenience, the honeysuckle total flavonoids extraction rate of 8.87%. The research showed that ultrasonic assisted extraction method is better than the hot water extraction method, mainly in: ultrasonic assisted extraction time, low processing temperature, less solvent extraction effect, the operation is more convenient. Quadratic mathematical model of the ultrasonic assisted extraction honeysuckle flavonoids in single factor experiments based on by Response Surface experimental design to establish the optimal conditions of the extraction process for: the ultrasonic time 21.35min, ultrasonic power 472.24w, the water feed ratio 34.62ml / g. Under these conditions, honeysuckle extraction of total flavonoids was 8.87%, a realistic model can better fitting.
