Abstract

Double-crop rice area in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River, most of the rice planting time between the beginning of June to the end of June, if the rice delayed maturity, often lead to rice transplanting and seedling age is too long, resulting in decreased production. To this end, the purpose was to ascertain differences in different types of rice varieties seedling age flexible and explore through the seedling raising methods and chemical regulation process regulating rice seedling age elastic. Trials from 2007 to 2008 in the town of Wuxue City, Hubei Province, Daikin under field conditions, a comparative study of dry nursery and seedlings moist, different chemical control measures on the japonica and indica rice seedling age flexible. The results showed that: 1. Between different varieties of seedling age elasticity differences late japonica variety E-japonica hybrid seedling age greater flexibility, late indica varieties gifted and T You 207 seedling age elasticity is relatively small. In the seedlings moist conditions, two gifted seedling age time limit of 35 days is appropriate, Hubei 3 japonica hybrid seedling age time for up to 45 days. Late Japonica variety E japonica hybrid seedling age 3 elasticity mainly for long-age after transplanting Daejeon Daejeon effective panicles, grain weight, number of grains per panicle, total biomass is relatively small. Summer high temperature conditions, seedlings moist elasticity of rice seedling age better than dry nursery. Seedlings moist than dry nursery is conducive to the improvement of the quality of seedlings, performance is false coarse stems, number of tillers per plant and the number of green leaves, single seedling dry weight high. Seedlings moist or dry nursery, showed extend lower yields with transplanting seedling age. Moist seedling transplanting seedling age of 45 days compared with 30 days, total aerial biomass per unit area number of spikelets per panicle number and seed setting rate of decline of 5.0%, -0.03%, 13.3% and 7.9%; dry nursery the transplanted seedling age of 45 days compared with 30 days, the total biomass of the aerial parts, per unit area Ying number of flowers, number of grains per panicle and seed setting rate decrease of 21.1%, 18.0%, 12.9% and 1.6%. 3 Growth Regulators on seedling age elastic regulation effect of the varieties of seedling age elasticity and seedling raising methods. E japonica hybrid seedling age elasticity of the larger species, chemical control of seedling age elastic regulation effect is not obvious, relatively speaking, in the 2 leaf stage spraying 100 mg / L paclobutrazol better in the seedlings moist conditions, . For seedling age less flexible varieties, chemical control processing can significantly improve the elasticity of seedling age, the best treatment in the 2-leaf stage spraying 200 mg / L paclobutrazol, and sprayed with 2.5 mg / L in the 3 leaf stage 6 - benzyladenine, you can protect the seedling age long production decline less. Dry seedbed conditions, spraying 200 mg / L MET 2 leaf stage, spraying 2.5mg / L 6 - benzyl adenine and 3 leaf stage, can protect the production decline in the seedling age is longer than the less. Secondly, 250mg / L before sowing seed soaking, can also be used to improve rice seedling age elastic. (4) chemical regulation to improve the elasticity of rice seedling age and increase production mechanism, compared with the control, can significantly increase the amount of dry matter accumulation, specific leaf weight, leaf area index, down 3,4 knots Resistance Force, less small lodging index down 3,4 section.
