Abstract

In recent years with the development of foundation engineering, earthquake engineering, offshore engineering, soil characteristics as its foundation more and more important. Triaxial test test soil mechanics parameters, an important method to study the mechanism of deformation and constitutive model. Traditional deformation measurement methods, there are a lot of shortcomings, local deformation of digital image processing technique in the the triaxial specimen deformation measurement to overcome some shortcomings, and improve the accuracy of measurement of the deformation triaxial test provides a new, more reasonable and effective means of deformation measurement. The most representative of the fine sand of the test results in the selection of several sand, so the local deformation of this paper, digital image processing technique is mainly fine sand deformation characteristics of research and analysis. First, the deformation characteristics of test data of fine sand under monotonic loading fine sand triaxial test image measurement, focusing on analysis of the confining pressure, density and pore water sample deformation, the test results show that: based on the stress - strain relationship the deformation process of the sample is divided into the sample structure established, compaction and destruction of three stages; the sample overall average radial deformation is mainly influenced by the density, the peak load is mainly influenced by the confining pressure, density and confining pressure sample initial elastic modulus; consolidated drained test, pore water by bear part of the axial load and wet specimens particles two ways to affect the deformation of the specimen; sample tracks to larger deformation zone in the 35-63mm from the sample cap, the section deformation test data analysis of the sensitivity of Duncan-Chang model parameters on deformation. Circulation plus or minus the sand under deformation can further reveal the mechanism of deformation of sand. Sample contains a large amount of irreversible deformation load the initial stage of elastic deformation process set out under deformation of fine sand and silt in circulation subtraction; confining pressure radial deformation of the sample overall. small, but when loading samples of the deformed state of the particles have significant influence, and when the load reduction and axial load coupling so that the sample exhibits volume contraction; density mainly affect specimen void ratio and structural stability, the load shedding when the specimen deformation recoverable amount is less affected; diameter of the degree of difficulty by affecting the movement of particles and savings potential to affect the deformation of the specimen.
