Relationship between Serum Resistin and the Prognosis of Atherosclerosis Cerebral Infarction

Abstract


Objective: To observe cerebral infarction (CI) serum resistin levels dynamic changes ; observed serum resistin relationship between prime and fasting blood glucose , blood lipids , body mass index , blood pressure and neurological function defect extent . Methods : by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 24 hours after the onset of the 60 patients with CI , 7d , 14d serum resistin concentration , and with 30 healthy controls ; 24h CI onset for age, blood pressure , height, weight , fasting blood sugar , cholesterol and other indicators ; incidence of CI patients within 24h NIHSS score . Results: Compared with the control group , CI group within 24h of onset of serum resistin levels were significantly increased , the difference was statistically significant ( P <0.05 ) ; incidence 7d serum resistin levels decreased , but still higher than the healthy control group (P <0.05); incidence 14d CI group compared with control group , no significant differences in serum resistin levels ; within 24 hours after the onset of serum resistin and fasting plasma glucose (FPG), triglyceride ( TG ) , body mass index (BMI) was positively correlated with high - density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C) was negatively correlated ; within 24 hours after the onset of serum resistin concentration of NIHSS score was positively correlated . Conclusion: The results of serum resistin levels , suggesting that resistin in acute cerebral infarction in the pathophysiological process . Resistin is one of the factors of risk factors for cerebral infarction , and cerebral infarction severity score was positively correlated with the level of resistin as one of the indicators of the severity of the evaluation of cerebral infarction .
