Abstract


With the advent of the 21st century, the social productive forces has been an unprecedented development, information technology has become one of the most active and fastest growing, with the widest impact the field of science and technology had a profound impact on the political, economic, and cultural life of the world today . Society as a whole to enter an era of information technology, information management level has increasingly become an important symbol of the measure of a country's comprehensive strength. In a country where the establishment, implementation and development of the information system level, marking the country's level of modernization and the level of information. Hospitals areas of people's daily lives very close relationship, but also the amount of information that is extremely rich, real-time information management requirements of the strongest, most urgent information sharing requirements field. Today, the rapid development of information technology and people's living standards are improving health information has become a necessity of the development of the times. You have a fully functional hospital information system has become an important symbol of one measure of a hospital with the advanced level and a good image. Information construction in China is not very long, but with remarkable results: In 2003, the hospital information technology market in China at 28 billion yuan, compared with the previous year has been substantial growth in 2004, the overall market for our hospital information reaching a 35 billion the information construction investment of over 40 billion yuan in 2005. In the country's more than 500 large-scale general hospital (Grade A) and more than two hospitals in more than 1,000 cities and counties, nearly 900 medium and small hospitals have already implemented or are implementing hospital information system. Of course, we should also see the problems of our existence, such as the construction of hospital information systems: yet formed a unified standard; hospital information construction spend a lot of manpower, material and financial resources, but with little success; did not get to the hospital leadership cadres attaches great importance to and so on. Starting from a management perspective, this paper first discusses the necessity of the construction of hospitals, foreign development history, history of domestic development; then introduced the main content of our hospital information construction status and hospital information, readers hospital information deeper understanding; followed by analysis of the problems in the hospital information construction in China, and proposed solutions; Finally, actual elaborated the Anqing City, a hospital information construction process and pointed out that the evaluation system the best way is to use an integrated hierarchical model.
