Abstract


Curriculum reform to further promote today , many educators Evaluation Reform Practice and exploration has yielded some results . However , the evaluation of the problem is still a lot of : evaluators concept lag , lack of theoretical accomplishment , the lower evaluation capacity ; less operability research ; biased evaluation functions still exist in the evaluation of language learning evaluation content -sided , evaluation single rigid standards , evaluation methods , and incomplete evaluation of the main problems. The root cause of the above conditions exist is not synchronized with the evaluation system reform and curriculum reform . If we do not reform the evaluation system , it is difficult to promote and develop curriculum reform . Evaluation reform is gradual process that requires parties to work together. Here on the evaluation of language learning solved the problem , and make due efforts to from evaluators whatever within : 1 , the first to really change their ideas , learning evaluation theory , to master the use of a variety of evaluation tools and methods to improve evaluation capacity . This article describes the basis of the evaluation of language learning theory , intended for evaluators further comprehensive and deep understanding of the evaluation of language learning , provide theoretical support for the reform of the language learning evaluation . Its developmental context outlined in the course of development of Sino - foreign educational evaluation and control with the current evaluation ; analysis of the problems and causes of language learning evaluation in order to practice targeted exploration . Actual evaluation system has not yet been established , for the evaluation of students' language learning , absorb existing research based on the characteristics of language subjects and curriculum ideas and goals , and combined with my practice and exploration , trying to build a new evaluation system of language learning . School evaluation practice to explore, good classroom assessment , job evaluation , testing and evaluation work . First, from the point of view of the field of evaluation and content ; Secondly , highlighting the evaluation of students' language learning process , focused on exploring the day-to-day evaluation stage of evaluation , mid-term ( end of period) evaluated in the test evaluation measures for implementation . In order to further promote the reform of the evaluation system to provide practical experience for the first teachers can learn from the practical evaluation of the learning mode of operation for the development of language learning evaluation to add a brick and tile .
