Abstract


With the deepening of the reform of the new curriculum implementation, the traditional teaching mode of the defects and shortcomings exposed gradually. Experiential training with its own advantages, developed vigorously. Scientific evaluation of the training in the training process is in the key position, and to improve the training quality and effectiveness, plays an important role. However experiential training is a kind of new idea training mode, and no forming evaluation model and process support. This paper studies the primary and secondary school teachers experiential training evaluation model. Firstly analyzes the characteristics of the previous evaluation model and the existing problems, and then in a large number of theory research and practice, on the basis of primary and secondary school teachers creatively constructed experiential training evaluation of new model. In detail the model evaluation process, pointing out the concrete implementation process principles, procedures, strategies and methods, etc.; Optimization design the evaluation index system, and realize the index of the fine, hierarchical structure and systematic, and specify the application of each index standard. The Intel (?) The future education as an example, using the model evaluation data analysis, and the primary and secondary school teachers experiential training evaluation opinions put forward.
