Positive correlation between the level of development of the degree of legal protection of investors and the financial markets of a country , have been demonstrated in international studies . Protection of securities investors ( especially small and medium-sized investors ) scholars in recent years become a hot spot , but still shows the lack of co-ordination between the thinking and practice of the legal and regulatory predicament . Their law trends and background conditions , the derivative securities market regulatory system into the needs of the majority of investors for securities regulators agree . Especially after the split share structure reform , China's securities market tradable shareholders and non-tradable shareholders sector sub will cease to exist , this profound institutional change will directly prompted the behavior of the parties Securities Investor transmutation .
