Abstract


The beginning of the new century , China 's implementation of the eighth since the founding of the basic education curriculum reform . One of the specific objectives of the curriculum reform is to promote students' all-round development of the evaluation system . In student evaluation methods and tools , the new curriculum emphasizes the use of flexible , with a the open qualitative evaluation method , and not just rely on the traditional paper-and-pencil exams . Stimulating reviews with teachers to promote the development of students , it is a qualitative evaluation of students embody . Review of the use of teachers in the teaching process has an important influence on student learning and personal development . However , in the process of teaching in primary and secondary school teachers in the use of the reviews , whether written comments or oral reviews , there are still a lot of problems . This study attempts to departure from the teaching practice through classroom observation , physical analysis and survey methods , conducted a systematic survey of the status quo of the upper primary teachers' comments . The study found that teachers use review process is mainly manifested in the review of the frequency of use, review the categories , the contents of the review and the review of the actual effect . Attribution analysis and discussion of these issues on the basis of this study summarized the quality of the teachers' comments should have characteristics , major reviews should be scientific and accurate ; reviews to focus on inspiration and guidance ; reviews to be fair, reasonable , seeking truth from facts ; review must be comprehensive , specific ; reviews novel , flexible; reviews should reflect the true feelings ; reviews must grasp the scale . The study also proposed some countermeasures and suggestions to optimize the teachers 'comments , including student evaluation to establish a scientific concept ; improve teachers' knowledge of literacy ; improve the language skills of teachers ; train cleverly evaluation of teaching wit ; using appropriate praise and criticism ; concern evaluation of teachers' love ; emphasis on teaching reflection and research .
