Abstract


The minors are future of our motherland and hope of our nation. They are the significant driving force in the great practice where modern China is building a socialist country ruled by law. We should put more weight on the cultivation of the minors’ legal awareness, to make the minors builders of the socialist modernization and qualified citizens with legal awareness. However, at present we haven’t contributed a lot to training the legal awareness of minors. There is a lot of reasons, such as the personal elements, family education, social education and social culture. Therefore, we still have a long way to go.Based on mentioned above, this thesis aims to make some useful exploration to the cultivation of the minors’ legal awareness. My thesis consists of three parts. Part one analyzes the connotation of legal awareness and the significance of training minors’ legal awareness. Part two presents the current situation of the minors’ legal awareness through study and empirical analysis, and this part also offers the reasons. The third part expounds the ways to cultivate the legal awareness of minors from muti-angles and in all domains. Our target is to construct a legal education network, which takes the school education as the core and is composed of family, school and the students themselves, to enhance the legal awareness of minors.
