Abstract


With the increased investment in highway construction and traffic congestion degree of increase, the increasingly urgent demands of the people convenient access to the freeway traffic information and the freeway traffic department Administrator information needs, and improve the quality of the traffic induced by the release of information has become the trend of the times needs. The development of electronic, computer technology make it possible to induce information technology based on network traffic voice. Domestic traffic information release include: electronic display, centralized radio, car navigation systems, and network. Electronic display information less readable short distance factors affected by the weather, and the lack of specific information published. Centralized radio induction information due to its wide coverage, the impact of targeted traffic guidance information, and is used only for urban transport induced. Car navigation system immune to the impact of weather and temperature, but its release less information, construction costs are high. The release of the network is only suitable for reference before the trip, the driving and passengers is not possible to browse the Internet. These released way hinder the further use of freeway traffic information, which restricts the dissemination of highway traffic information. So technically explore and highway traffic information dissemination methods highway management has become a hot spot and the key issues. In this paper, the induction of a client / server-based voice platform technology information dissemination methods. This method is composed of a server and client LAN, formed in the server traffic guidance text messages sent to the client through this LAN, then the client using TTS technology to convert these text messages as voice files, simultaneous playback and FM transmitter. The system using Delphi7.0 development tools, combined with Socket technology and TTS technology design, a traffic voice guidance information dissemination system software using the Pascal language. Conducted a detailed analysis of the information needs of travelers and traffic guidance strategy to achieve the transmission of information of a server with multiple clients, and text-to-speech conversion. Finally, the functionality and reliability of the system, the test results show that the system software design is feasible and has a good reference value and guiding role in the development of related systems.
