Abstract


Quality certification officer appraisal system theory and practice is an online exam system is a dynamic web site. The system is powerful, not only for the exam, but can be used in peacetime exercises. Paper topics can be either composed of people from the general proposition exam papers selected (so called fixed composition papers papers), but also can be a computer in accordance with the given parameters, the use of certain algorithms, randomly selected from the total of the exam (such consisting of paper called random papers). The appraisal system can fully meet the various needs and improve the quality of officers in military theory, and further accelerate the process of building information units. The key is to implement the system how both can be used for practice exams and papers in either subject composition is fixed, and can be random. In the implementation process, to create a general exam, exam papers to create a fixed. System uses a three-tier architecture with unified management exam, can automatic generation and graders, which greatly saves manpower, material and financial resources, improve the efficiency of the examination. This paper introduced based on B / S mode quality certification officer theoretical examination system features and describes a WEB-based quality certification officer theoretical examination system architecture, the basic functions, Algorithmic and its development direction. Quality certification officer theoretical examination system is the foreground application Macromedia Dreamweaver, Vbscript, Jscript, html and other software and language background combined with ASP programming technology developed.
