Abstract

The power line monitoring is one of the key projects of the electric power industry , line fault localization and failure timely transmission of information is a top priority of the project . With the rapid development of the power industry , the existing power line fault similar to the fault indicator monitoring methods can not meet the development needs of the electric power industry . Used in overhead transmission lines of the power supply company in Changchun solve the high-voltage transmission line fault accurate positioning and fault information transfer problems in real time , to further improve the reliability of real-time power monitoring system , stability , security, and data transmission , the authors involved the overall design of the fault -line monitoring system project work , and code control system design of the project 's monitoring center . The paper systematically describes the existing power line fault monitoring technology research and application at home and abroad , and the power line fault localization method and transmission were discussed , and the overall design of the structure proposed the Distributed power line fault monitoring system . Article focuses on the detailed requirements of the monitoring center subsystem analysis shows that , from a functional point of view , the monitoring center control subsystem module design and combine NET environment C # Language Access database system to build a reasonable development platform . Transmission line fault monitoring the application of the results of the project will enable the formation of a complete network system , and improve labor efficiency, reduce labor intensity , and greatly reduces the cost of production .
