Abstract


With the rapid development of the computer in the growing popularity of the government and enterprise applications and in-depth , the Internet , people use the computer for various management possible. Office automation systems , office and business units within departments and units information collection and processing flow and sharing special , integrated business management level to improve the human-computer information system for the purpose of . It was created to realize the relevant units between units and departments , staff work together . However , the office automation system is barely able to simplify the complexity of the work on a day-to-day work processes , improve work efficiency . Not from essentially solve weak enterprises office staff on computer applications . Especially modern enterprises are using electronic documents published in such manner as the exchange of information . Office software , especially word unfamiliar software applications , resulting in a lot of time wasted , reducing the efficiency of the office . To solve this problem , we propose a document automation system based on the technology of OLE and MFC framework . Reduce the tedious Office word document format operation , improve the efficiency of the office , even if the employee's computer application level is very low , you can easily complete the specification document format writing , save the modified document format .
