Abstract


With the rapid development of computer information technology and network technology, the informatization construction of our country is more and more deeply and widely, the national program for long - and medium-term scientific and technological development planning outline to specifically industry informatization construction as the key areas. Informatization plays an important role in the construction of the army. Reform the traditional office mode, carry out electronic government affairs, will handle office business, document flow and management process of electronic, information, let civilian personnel from long-term multifarious office affairs, through a unified specification for office, can improve the work efficiency, promote the precise management, speed up the reaction. This paper discusses the FH - OA system is one of the daily office management as the center, in order to realize the information, management and service work office management platform. This paper discusses the network office system architecture, main functions and related development environment, using the object-oriented method to design and realization of each module, the system design and implementation of some key problems are analyzed and expounded. Completed the system database design mainly set, workflow and document flow and other functional modules. The system has been put into use.
