Abstract


China 's \also affect the legal protection of integrated circuit layout . As the primary elements of the Legal Protection of Layout Designs of Integrated Circuits , originality definition have played a crucial role in IC layout design registration review and determining infringement . The departure from the IC layout design their own characteristics , by comparison belong to the same provisions of the issues related to intellectual property regime under copyright law and patent law , the definition of the integrated circuit layout of thought and expression and originality defined principles and methods , in order for the integrated circuit industry, technical personnel and judicial workers to provide specific , workable theory suggests . Originality elements of this article as a whole is divided into five chapters are involved : the intellectual property of integrated circuit layout attributes of thought and expression , integrated circuit layout , integrated circuit layout designs of integrated circuits plans originality identification methods , as well as the originality of the identified problems in the judicial practice and suggestions for improvement .
