Abstract


Asset securitization is to financial institutions or other companies held by the lack of liquidity but is able to produce predictable and stable cash flows through a certain structure combined assets into tradable securities in order to finance the process . Asset securitization participants are: promoters , special purpose , to improve institutional credit , credit rating agencies . With China 's rapid economic development , China has implemented the basic conditions for asset securitization matures : first, the rapid economic development for the implementation of asset securitization to provide material security ; Second, the whole society on the fixed- income securities rapid increase in demand for asset securitization to fund the implementation of safeguards ; Third , China has promulgated several laws and policies camera and gradually introduced more relevant laws and policies , which directly contributed to the development of asset securitization . Although the implementation of our asset securitization there are still many obstacles , but with the economic development and people's understanding of asset securitization matures, these barriers will be eliminated. This article describes the international and domestic asset securitization business history and current situation , makes us the development of asset securitization have a detailed understanding . Then for our asset securitization business processes to make a detailed description , analysis of China's asset securitization pricing factors and characteristics , an improved pricing of asset securitization Suggestions . Finally, the U.S. subprime mortgage crisis and the causes of the situation , an analysis of its impact on China , for China's national conditions on improving the development of asset securitization recommendations .
