Abstract


"The Informal Property Rights" have sprung up in the land of China, the " the Informal Property Rights " concept of social life are gradually formed this particular title. Constantly rising housing prices in the city, government regulation ineffective, urban housing security measures in place, increasing scarcity of land resources background, nearly all large and medium cities and their suburbs, there have been many development and construction of all, sales of " the Informal Property Rights .
