Abstract


Ideological and theoretical - enterprise resource planning (ERP-EnterriseResources Planning) system on behalf of the integrated enterprise management system with a more market-oriented oriented business deciding the fate of elements . Improve the implementation of the ERP system , to be more scientific , real-time co-ordinating the various resources , effective use and deployment of enterprise resources , enabling enterprises to operate efficient and orderly manner , can not only improve the efficiency of enterprise management , and enhance ability to respond to market . In this thesis, the theory with actual research methods in detail the concept of ERP systems , development , and implementation of the process , the functional modules and application status at home and abroad on the basis of , BD Institute for the study of the comprehensive introduction and analysis of the case enterprises BD Institute 's internal and external environment , and focus on a more systematic analysis of the implementation of the use of the Institute 's ERP system . Summary of the early implementation experience , analysis of the problems of the Institute in the implementation and use of this information system . According to the specific circumstances of the new changes of the Institute of Environmental and new business development as well as the continuous development of the information technology updates , the the BD Institute of ERP systems improved specific technical solutions and implement safeguards . Finally, concludes the paper pointed out that the implementation of the ERP system is a continuous process , even in the face of new opportunities and challenges in the ERP system officially up and running , we must maintain sufficient flexibility makes the Institute , ERP systems Institute to support the new ideas put into action quickly . This thesis is the the BD Institute of ERP system improvement program and the implementation of safeguards , also has some reference significance due to the business model and the problems faced in the industry has a certain universality of the enterprises in the industry .
