Abstract


Radiology activities are an important part of modern medical with particularity patients or subjects that need to withstand a certain amount of body damage exchange worthy of clinical results . Body damage by controlling the number of exposed reasonable protection to mitigate , but can not be completely avoided . Countries to develop a \Driven by the economic interests , some medical institutions to check to support medical , \work so that patients , subjects are a lot of unnecessary radiation , causing damage to the health of its violation of the relevant laws , regulations, constitute infringement . However, the complex violations species , some direct damage , some indirect damage is difficult to identify the tort liability through the identified violations and damage to the facts . In addition , the damage to the facts themselves are also difficult to identify because of the technical level restrictions . The this paper constitute radiology tort , jurisprudence, identified by the relevant legislation , tort liability study , combined with the specific case of radiology infringement analysis , to explore how to identify tort liability , and to propose solutions to the identified difficulties recommendations.
