Abstract


Beitai Iron and Steel Group ( referred to as the North Steel ) north of Taiwan Iron and Steel ( Group ) Co., Ltd. as the core enterprise and large enterprise groups , with the North Camp Iron and Steel ( Group ) Co., Ltd. , Benxi six Holdings subsidiary jointly established . At present, the global financial crisis and the domestic steel industry policy adjustment factors and greater pressure on enterprises to grow daily . In order to adapt to the current changes in the environment of the steel market , re-enacting Beitai Iron and Steel Group 's development strategy , establishing the Group 's strategic objectives is imperative . First , the paper start from the enterprise 's internal and external environment analysis , pointed out that the impact of changes in the external environment for the development of the iron and steel enterprises , a comprehensive description of the overall business situation over the years and Beitai Group , in-depth analysis of the Enterprise Group achievements and deficiencies in the development process , and pointed out the problems faced by the enterprise in the future development of the process . Then from the resources and capabilities of the enterprise describes the internal development of the enterprise . Secondly, the use of a SWOT analysis model Beitai Iron and Steel Group 's internal and external environment carried out a more comprehensive but integrated the analysis , pointed out that the environmental changes Beitai Iron and Steel Group caused the huge impact in order to make the consortium able to better play their own advantage , maximize grasp and take advantage of the opportunities in the good external environment to seek greater development Beitai Group overall development of the strategic objectives and the development goals of the members of the unit , developed on the basis of the above analysis , proposed Beitai Iron and Steel Group 's development strategy program : differentiation and development strategy and diversification strategy . Finally , the paper described Beitai Group on new development strategies , implementation of control measures . Ensure the implementation of the strategy in place to ensure the realization of the development of the strategic objectives of the Beitai Iron and Steel Group , the enterprises to adopt and implement technological innovation , strengthening the management of human resources , and promote the construction of information networks , strengthening financial management , carry out joint venture cooperation and the strengthening of production for marketing integration, management and other measures to enhance the implementation of the development strategy for the implementation of force , to protect Beitai Group along the established enterprise development strategies sustained and healthy development , in order to achieve the ultimate goal of long-term stable development of Beitai Iron and Steel Group .
