Abstract


The person is the greatest force for the development of a business , while management is the source of power , \Therefore , the selection of middle management will become a core issue in the management of human resources . A business has a good mid-level management personnel have an important safeguard to achieve strategic objectives . The use of human resources management theory and practical experience to train middle managers theoretical summary the AC evaluation system for the past six years , FAW - Volkswagen Automotive Co. , Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as \Meanwhile, combine the FAW - Volkswagen one million strategic objectives , further elaborated the enterprise organizational structure change , and the new changes in the requirements arising from the ability of middle managers , design the AC testing methods developed reasonable to enable them to closely integrated program of work of the new demands of the enterprise , and thus to ensure the implementation of the strategic goal of one million to build a qualified team of middle managers .
