Abstract


With three-dimensional rural issues gradually concerned today, really resolving the problem of farmers, agriculture issues and rural issues, is the wish of millions of people. But these issues have not been fundamentally solved in real life. Farmer’s quality has not been fundamentally improved; rural areas do not have the ability to compete with cities; farmers are still at the bottom of society; agriculture has not yet developed completely; the new rural counstruction has not also very succeed. The main body of new rural construction is farmer, so farmer’s quality is critical for the course and quality of new rural construction.The paper analyses from the point of improving farmer’s quality, which Proposes a fundamental way to solve three-dimensional rural issues. First of all, through the analysis of the meaning and requirements of New Socialist Countryside, the paper reaches a conclusion that improving farmer’s quality is the focus of the new socialist rural counstruction. Secondly, this paper deeply analyses what is the meaning of farmer’s quality, the status of farmer’s quality, and why gives it top priority to improve farmer’s quality. Based on the above analyzing, it lets everyone understand that we want to solve three-dimensional rural issues and build new socialist countryside, we must first solve the issue of farmer’s quality. Finally, this paper deeply analyses how to improve farmer’s quality. The first step, it gives people overall thinking about how to improve farmer’s quality. The second step, it proposes a way to improve farmer’s quality from six aspects. The third step, it puts forward three suggestions in order to prevent some of the mistakes in the process of improving farmer’s quality.Improving farmer’s quality is a main line, which runs through every part of the paper. Improving farmer’s quality is not overnight thing, which needs the participation of all sectors of the community, which needs them to provide their development platforms for farmers. The paper advices more people to take the initiative to rural areas and make plans for farmers, and help more and more farmers to get rich as soon as quickly, and then build a more beautiful homeland.
