Abstract


Income distribution reflects the level of socio - economic development of a country , is the world 's most hot topic of concern . In the backdrop of unprecedented financial crisis , a high degree of social sensitivity of the income gap at home and abroad to upgrade quickly . In the current critical situation , how to secure effective solution to China 's income gap and promote social harmony and economic development , this paper carried out in-depth study combined with the results of the 30 years of reform and at this stage the income distribution characteristics . First, we collected a lot of data and analysis on the status quo of Chinese residents' income . The data show that the overall income has improved continuously since China's reform , but also showed a trend of rapidly expanding income gap , in accordance with international criteria , the income gap has been to the brink of danger . Secondly, the rational analysis of the reasons for the formation of China 's income gap . Many reasons caused the income gap in China , the article focuses on the fairness and efficiency point of view , in the construction of the market mechanism and distribution system , the labor market, improve the low-income population income and the level of benefits were analyzed and discussed , including the problem of the urban-rural income gap further analysis , summed up the main problem in the field of income distribution . Third, the theory of domestic and international experience in the practice as well as the reality of our country , explained by the economics Kuzinieci inverted U hypothesis , and the income gap between the medium-and long-term evolution trend forecast . On this basis , the last from the national income initial allocation, redistribution of different angles , and the third field of distribution countermeasures proposed to solve the problem of income disparity .
