Abstract


This article has been promulgated and implemented the \patent data retrieval as well as case studies about Beijing apparel industry intellectual property protection situation and existing problems , put forward on the basis of the protection strategy . This paper is divided into four parts . First, a brief analysis of the need for intellectual property security work in the apparel industry combined with the theory of intellectual property protection , and the protection level quantitative analysis to identify the lack of intellectual property protection work . Clothing wholesale market and a well-known garment enterprises questionnaire , the well-known garment enterprises patent data retrieval , data master the apparel industry in Beijing the protection of intellectual property rights , intellectual property protection of the garment industry in Beijing . Third , intellectual property infringement cases encountered by the well-known garment enterprises to conduct research, summarize tort main characteristics . Fourth , combining the theory of intellectual property protection and intellectual property protection status quo characteristics of the apparel industry in Beijing , to propose intellectual property protection strategy , provides a practical reference for clothing wholesale market in Beijing , garment enterprises and government departments , so as to promote the healthy development of the garment industry in Beijing .
