Abstract


Globalization of the economy has created an increasingly competitive market , but also facing the enterprise logistics environment has undergone a lot of changes . The spatially dispersed global manufacturing and operations put forward higher requirements ; time on the logistics system to respond quickly to customer requirements for the target . In this context , the objective requirements of the supply chain or enterprise to have a strong logistics capabilities , that meet customers' increasingly high demand at the same time , a better control of logistics costs . Thus, the theoretical research on logistics capabilities has drawn increasing attention to the majority of scholars and practitioners . In this paper, under the new situation of market competition environment background, composition and evaluation of supply chain logistics capability , combined with the basic theory of management and economics , theoretical analysis , frequency analysis and survey analysis combined access to a large number of documents on the basis of deepening analysis . The main content of this article , there are several aspects: First, the basic theory of the logistics capabilities described , and based on a brief theoretical analysis ; combined with a different understanding of the logistics capabilities of various scholars , this paper logistics capabilities re- defined . Secondly , around the definition of logistics capabilities expand , their classification , characteristics and general framework ; followed by , respectively, the elements and the elements of supply chain logistics capability successive depth analysis of the general elements of the logistics capabilities , enterprise logistics capabilities ; same time, theoretical discussion on the core enterprise under the conditions of the supply chain logistics capabilities . Finally, in the traditional analysis methods based on , try to use fuzzy integral method to evaluate the logistics capabilities of complex systems , trying to find a way to solve the logistics Competency Assessment .
