Abstract


The latest achievements in the socialist concept of rule of law is the legal concept of Marxism in China, based on Marxist legal thought on national law theory, critically inheriting Chinese traditional legal culture and modern Western concept of rule of law in the socialist rule of law in the process of building advanced concepts;, summed up the lessons of the construction of the new democracy and the rule of law is the Chinese people under the leadership of the Communist Party, the socialist rule of law in practice by the historical choice for China's specific national conditions and reality. \If the socialist concept of rule of law to answer \problems. \It outlined three aspects of the political, the people, legalistic the socialist spiritual essence of the concept of the rule of law, reflect the essential requirement of socialism with Chinese characteristics, but also the essence of the socialist rule of law different from the capitalist rule of law. The view of the first three \Complementarities between the first three \Which together constitute the distinctive marks of the socialist political civilization, reflects the inevitable requirement of the socialist legal system together.
