The soil is an important part of the environment, the center position in the natural environment, the environment bears approximately 90% of the contaminants from various aspects. The soil enzyme soil metabolism important factors involved in soil biochemical processes, including the nature of the material cycle, heavy metals into the soil through a variety of channels, interactions with soil enzymes, direct impact on soil quality of the environment, soil enzymes as soil environmental quality conditions affect the indicator. Dexing Copper Mine tailings surrounding farmland soil study by the content of heavy metal elements and morphological analysis reveals, on the basis of the evaluation of the area pollution, pollution sources and characteristics of heavy metals in soils, and explore the relationship between heavy metals and soil enzyme activities, and deduced the law of heavy metal contamination of soil activity quantitative inhibition by laboratory simulation conditions. In the area of ??farmland soil heavy metal pollution index higher soil environment in severe pollution level, single pollution index showed that the content of Cu and Cd seriously overweight, in severe pollution level, Ni reached a mild degree of pollution. Zn, Pb and Cr in the security level. Analyzed by morphological Cu mainly bound to organic Zn is mainly present in the residual fraction, and Cd exchangeable state, prone to migration. Application Hakanson potential ecological risk index method, correlation analysis, principal component analysis to study the soil Cu, Zn, Ni, Pb, Cr, and Cd combined pollution characteristics quantitatively determine the potential ecological risk of copper mine tailings, mainly pollution factor and potential ecological risk factor. Copper mine tailings surrounding soil by the different levels of heavy metals pollution; heavy metal potential ecological risk parameters in descending order of Cd> Cu> Pb> Ni> Cr> Zn, Cd is a major potential ecological risk factor; the region average potential ecological risk of pollution index exceeds 600, and has a very high potential ecological risk. Dexing Copper Mine tailings surrounding areas soil enzyme activity in the area surrounding soil enzyme activities are subject to varying degrees of inhibition, using principal component analysis techniques to establish the overall activity index of the composite contaminated soil with heavy metals information system principal component equation compared to the overall activity index divided actual heavy metal pollution, further illustrate the overall activity of enzyme activity to build soil information system is feasible to characterize soil heavy metals pollution. Cu, Cd with different degrees of inhibition of soil urease, Cu, Cd combined pollution of soil urease inhibition found in the laboratory under simulated conditions. Soil urease activity showed decreased with increasing concentrations of heavy metals in the phenomenon, the size of the urease activity to a certain extent reflect the extent of soil contamination by heavy metals.
