Abstract


The Hulunbeier grassland is our country protected relatively complete natural grassland so far. It is not only the basic producer capital of the herdsman in areas inhabited by ethnic minorities, but also the green shelters for our country northeast and northern region. Therefore, protecting the ecological security of the Hulunbeier grassland, preventing ecological disaster from taking place and realizing the aspect which the human and the prairie advance together harmoniously is of the significance.Apart from the introduction and conclusion, the main text is divided into three parts. Chapter 1 explains the process of primitive ecological evolvement in two aspects like grassland pure ecological environment and the status quo of eco-environment deterioration, clears the extent of the deterioration of ecological environment on Hulunbeier grassland, and than points out the peril posed by degradation of the grassland environment. Chapter 2 analyzes the results of the Hulunbeier grassland ecological problems, and then points out that on the one hand, its origin is related to natural factors; on the other hand, it is associated with human factors such as burdensome population pressures, reasonless economic activities of human beings and so on. Meanwhile the author clearly notes that the latter is a main reason to result in the deterioration of ecological environment on grassland. In chapter 3, first takes the pros and cons of maintaining grassland ecological security case, in order to provide some reference for improving ecological environment on Hulunbeier grassland; and then based on analyzing the main cause that evokes Hulunbeier grassland eco-environment deterioration, utilizing the basic theories of the ecological security, combining with scientific development view, general measures of maintenance for the Hulunbeier grassland ecological security was put forward, namely guided by the scientific development perspectives , sets up the grassland ecology values; takes effective action, so as to preserve the ecological security of grassland.The research work in this paper has a strong appeal and exploratory, also has certain pertinence and innovativeness. Author certainly hopes that own efforts can be helpful for the Hulunbeier grassland ecological environment restoration and reconstruction.
