Abstract


The major hazard classification is an important means for the prevention of major industrial accidents , the premise of the control and management of major hazards . Major hazard identification based on major hazard identification standards used to apply scientific safety evaluation method can make the results of the evaluation is objective , reasonable . But major hazard in China , especially the management of hazardous chemicals there are still a series of problems of non-uniform labeling , classification is not clear , the study of foreign advanced evaluation techniques is not enough , not standardized . In this paper, classification and management of major hazards (facilities ) for the study , the first systematic review of the evaluation and classification methods of major hazard facilities at home and abroad , the combination of these various methods proposed major hazard classification the improved method to construct the dangerous chemicals major hazard risk assessment and grading model , based on regulatory strategies and methods of major hazard in-depth discussions Finally, as a case study in a petrochemical company , was Case Study .
