Abstract

Objective: to study the different temperature after the death of eyes vitreous humor potassium, magnesium, manganese content change and the relationship between the time of death. Methods: by using atomic absorption spectrophotometer detection in 4 ~ 7 ℃ and 25 ℃ ~ and after the death of the immediate to 96 hour glass body fluid between potassium, magnesium, manganese content has been discussed, and the correlation of PMI. Results: in 4 ~ 7 ℃ and 25 ℃ ~ and conditions, died instantly to 96 hours of potassium, magnesium ion content all over time and rise, high temperature group of potassium and magnesium content regression straight line slope than low temperature group of regression straight line slope big. That within a certain range, the environment temperature is higher, the glass body fluids potassium and magnesium ion concentration rise is higher. Manganese ion in high and low temperature group of rabbit eyes vitreous humor died instantly to 96 hours were not detected. Conclusion: in high temperature and low temperature conditions, died eye vitreous humor potassium, magnesium content were increased with the time extension and low temperature, high temperature group a set of potassium and magnesium ion content rising fast, but are a strong correlation with PMI.
