Currently, our judicial duty crime has intensified the trend as a major research has been widespread concern in society. Judicial staff as the execution of the judicial power, on behalf of social equity and justice. Therefore, once the law enforcement who knowingly violate the law, the impact of the harsh imagined. This not only damages the credibility of Justice, challenging the authority of the judiciary, but also seriously affect the establishment of a harmonious society. On this basis, this paper focuses on to reveal the existence of their punishment and prevention of job-related crimes countermeasures from the point of view of the analysis of judicial duty crime background, combined with relevant experience abroad, and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for China's national conditions. This paper is divided into four main parts described. The first part describes how to define the judicial duty crime.
